Crystal Suites Suvarnbhumi Airport - Bangkok

The suite I stayed in was clean, comfortable, and quiet, made for a restful night after a long day of work. The access to a 24-hour business center was a major benefit, allowing me to catch up on tasks effortlessly. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious options, and the on-site café was convenient for quick meals.

This hotel was set in a central area close to a moderate sized shopping mall with lots of restaurants.

Delicious boxed breakfasts for Thai food, excellent wi-fi. Magnificent and favourable location in Bangkok, just off cheap airport shuttle and a shopping center for food within walking distance shuttle to the airport and numerous restaurants.

I had a canny stay, like! The room was big and dead comfy with a microwave, which is a dead handy touch. Only downside was breakfast could have been better, some things were a bit off, like. Still, I’d come back for sure!

Nothing to complain at! and there is a restaurant whith really good thai food just 5min walk from hotel!

Clean, comfortable, modern. A great airport hotel with free shuttle service.

Minor detail - no bar or alcohol in the restaurant.

Convenient and comfy stay

We stayed for a night before our early flight. The place is real tidy, and the staff were super nice. Loved the big TV channel selection to chill out. The pool was a bit too cold for me, decided to skip it. Had some really tasty packed lunches nearby though!

Great location for transits. The pick up and reception staff were really nice. Pick up at airport was very quick and smooth. Shuttle to airport leaves every hour. 5 min walk from a small local shopping complex with market stalls selling lots of cheap chic clothes and food stalls that you can dine and stroll around.

View from room was a construction site. Bathroom was not too clean. Air conditioner was a bit loud.

The room was big and quiet, sweet as! But I didn't get any breakfast even though I had an early flight, a bit of a downer.

Fairly quiet and bright unit with bathtub, the bed also had a blood stain, as for instance. Marvelous breakfasts for Thai food. Magnificent central location and really kind and very good staff.

close to the airport, very good for a one night stay when you have an early morning flight. They have shuttlebus service to the airport.

The honest truth about this

The air conditioning was refreshingly cold, and the location allowed for a restful place with quick access to food options and shopping.

The breakfast service was lacking, and the restaurant experience was disappointing, leading to long waits and missing orders.

Shower room felt neglected with rust and mold!!! Had to endure unreliable power supply which interrupted my stay!!! The pool was disappointingly closed for reconstruction without prior notice!!!
